Granny Smith Salsa

3-4 medium tomatoes
3/4 C sweet onion
Juice from 1 lime
1 jalapeno, with of its seeds
1 granny smith apple
salt (more than you expect) and pepper

Longer it sits, the more mild it gets.

    I used lemon juice instead of lime. Lime is better, but lemon is fine if it's what you've got.
