- Pasta
- Ground turkey
- McCormick's Montreal chicken seasoning
- Tomato sauce seasoned with Italian seasoning or Spaghetti sauce
- Mushrooms
- Onion
- Zucchini
- Frozen spinach
- Parmesan
Directions
- Cook pasta to al dente. Drain and rinse with cool water. Move to large bowl.
- Brown ground turkey and season liberally with the chicken seasoning. Mix in with pasta.
- Melt butter in skillet and add garlic. Saute mushrooms and onions in butter and garlic. Add zucchini and spinach until zucchini is cooked. Mix in with pasta and turkey.
- Put mixture in your pan. Sprinkle liberally with Parmesan cheese.
- Cover with seasoned tomato sauce or spaghetti sauce.
- Cook until heated through.
