1.5 lbs asparagus, washed and trimmed
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 t dried crushed basil
1 T soy sauce
- Heat 1/3 C water in 10-inch skillet until it boils.
- Cook asparagus covered for about five minutes until tender-crisp. Drain and set aside.
- Put garlic and basil in sprayed skillet. Cook and stir for 1–2 minutes.
- Stir in soy sauce and water if needed.
- Put asparagus back in pan.
