Aunt Vicki's Corn Bread

1C Buttermilk (1 C milk + 1 t lemon juice/vinegar)
1/2 t baking soda dissolved in the milk
2 Eggs
1/2 t salt
2/3C Sugar
1/2 C butter softened
1C Flour
1C cornmeal (i used fine cornmeal but I like it with coarse)

Mix everything.
Pour into greased 8" square or round pan.
Bake 375, 25-30 minutes.
