Mix:
8-10 C of quick cook oats
cardamom (or cinnamon or nutmeg) to taste
1 C bran, oat or wheat
1 C sunflower seeds
Heat:
1 C of safflower oil
½ C honey
t vanilla
- Combine the above.
- Spread evenly on a roasting pan.
- Cook at 325 for 15 minutes.
- Flip so it browns all around.
- When it’s golden, remove.
- Put in big bowl.
- Add any dried fruit.
- Cover and save.
